Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how Jetstream Magazine (“Jetstream,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) issues refunds for
purchases made directly from jetstreammag.com. If you purchased through a third party (e.g., an app store, retailer, or marketplace),
that seller’s refund rules apply and you must contact them directly.
What this policy covers
- Digital subscriptions (annual or monthly)
- Print subscriptions
- One-time purchases (special issues, back issues, gift cards sold by Jetstream)
Digital subscriptions
Free trials
- You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
- Once a trial converts to a paid plan, the renewal terms below apply.
Initial purchases
- We offer a full refund of your first paid term if requested within 7 days of purchase and there has not been excessive account usage or abuse. For print subscriptions, refunds must be requested before your copy has shipped.
- After 7 days, initial term fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Renewals
- Renewals are refundable if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge and there has not been excessive account usage or abuse since renewal. For print subscriptions, refunds must be requested before your copy has shipped.
- If you cancel after 7 days, your access continues through the end of the current billing period and no further charges will occur.
Print subscriptions
- Undelivered or missing issues will be replaced at no cost. If replacement is not possible, we will issue a credit or refund for the undelivered portion.
- Damaged issues reported within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a free replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or credit.
- If you cancel a print subscription before your first edition is shipped, we will refund the full amount. Otherwise, no refunds will be granted.
One-time purchases
- Digital downloads: Non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of verified technical failure (see “Technical problems”).
- Physical goods (e.g., special print runs, back issues): Refundable within 30 days if returned in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Technical problems
- If you experience verified access issues or download failures that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected purchase or provide an equivalent credit at your option.
- To help us troubleshoot, include error messages, device/browser details, and timestamps with your request.
How to request a refund
- Email support@jetstreammag.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include:
- Your full name and the email used for purchase
- Order number or approximate purchase date
- What you purchased (digital, print, one-time) and the reason for the request
- For print issues: a photo of any damage (if applicable)
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and typically resolve eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
How refunds are issued
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times after we approve a refund may vary by bank or card network.
- If the original method cannot accept funds, we will offer an alternative (e.g., check or electronic transfer) or an account credit.
- Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Gift subscriptions
- Gift purchases are refundable to the purchaser under the same windows above, provided the recipient has not redeemed or substantially used the gift.
- After redemption, refunds are not available; the gift may be converted to account credit at our discretion.
Non-refundable situations
- Promotional or introductory pricing after the applicable refund window
- Bundles where a component has been consumed and cannot be returned
- Unauthorized purchases reported more than 60 days after the charge (contact your payment provider for chargeback options)
- Excessive or abusive usage patterns
Cancelling future charges
You may cancel auto-renew at any time from your account page. Cancellation prevents future charges and preserves access through the current term.
Cancellation does not automatically generate a refund unless you also request one and you are within an eligible window.
Third-party purchases
Purchases made through app stores, online marketplaces, or retail partners must follow the seller’s own refund policies.
Please contact that seller directly; we cannot access or reverse those transactions.
Your rights
Some jurisdictions provide additional rights (for example, EU/UK “cooling-off” periods). Where required by applicable law, those rights apply in addition to this policy.
If any part of this policy conflicts with local law, that portion will be adjusted to comply.
